How to make a refreshing ginger tea

INGREDIENTS:   PREPARATION: Heat water to boiling.  Add tea bags and let steep for 4-5 minutes.  In a separate bowl, mix the honey with the ginger essential oil.  Add to the tea and stir until dissolved.  Remove tea bags, and add lime slices.  Allow to cool.  Serve over ice. © 2012, Cristina Proano-Carrion, Aromandina LLC
