Between the temperature dips, the mile-long grocery shopping list, and family and friends arriving from every corner of the country, it’s no wonder the Thanksgiving season can be so stressful! If you truly want to be able to give thanks this year, you’ve got to get a handle on it. Luckily, the right aromatherapy regimen can help you do it!

…If you’re headed out of townYou don’t have to host the giant Thanksgiving feast to get all stressed out. Traveling this time of year — when the roads and the airports are jam-packed — can lead to a lot of stress. Plus, being packed into a crowded car or airplane is the perfect breeding ground for germs, and lord knows getting sick is going to stress you out! Or, if you’re headed to a place where the air is different than what you’re used to — like up to the mountains, for example — your respiratory system might make things difficult on you.
